The 6-Week Path
Week 1: Stabilizing the Vessel (The Breath)
Before we can see clearly, we must be still. We begin by anchoring the attention to the breath, learning to return home every time the mind wanders into the "noise."
The Goal: Moving from scattered to centered.
Week 2: Mapping the Landscape (Sensations)
We expand awareness into the body. You’ll learn to observe physical sensations—including that "niggle" or tension—without reacting to them.
The Goal: Developing the "Equanimous Mind."
Week 3: The Untangle (Working with Thoughts)
Learn to see thoughts as "mental events" rather than absolute truths. We address the sampapalāpa (idle chatter) and learn the art of the "Witness."
The Goal: Breaking the cycle of overthinking.
Week 4: The Heart of Insight (Emotions)
We learn how to meet difficult emotions with curiosity instead of fear. This is where we clear the "fog" that blocks our motivation.
The Goal: Emotional resilience and balance.
Week 5: Everyday Awareness (Mindfulness in Action)
Meditation isn't just for the cushion. We practice bringing this laser-sharp clarity into your work, your walk, and your relationships.
The Goal: Productivity without the "hustle" anxiety.
Week 6: The Eternal Anchor (Integration)
We weave it all together. You’ll leave with a sustainable home practice and the confidence to lead your life from a place of deep awareness.

Weekly Live Sessions: Interactive 75-minute online sessions including guided practice and Dharma talks
Daily Guided Audio: 15-20 minute recordings to support your practice between sessions.
Practical Weekly Challenges: Small, "real-world" tasks to apply mindfulness to your busy schedule.
