About

Welcome to the Be Mad About You Collective.

The door is open. Take a seat. Inhale, exhale - so thrilled you are here.

This is a shared space for anyone who has ever felt that there must be "more"—more peace, more presence, or simply a deeper way to live while manifesting a life of love and purpose.

This isn't a classroom or a competition. It is a quiet, supportive circle of people from all walks of life, all practicing the same thing: the art of coming home to ourselves. We are here to learn together, listen together, and share the insights that surface when we finally give ourselves permission to be still.

What We Do Together

  • Get Involved to Evolve - We share how we are going on our challenges, courses, practice and in life baby.

  • Keep it Real - No matter where you are starting from, your experience is valid. There are no "advanced" meditators here—only practitioners.

  • Learn in Public - We share our small wins and our quiet realisations. When one person finds clarity, it lights the way for everyone else.

  • Support the Silence - We honor each other’s journey, knowing that while the path is personal, we don’t have to walk it alone.

You belong here exactly as you are. You don’t need to be a seeker, an expert, or a "zen" person. You just need to be you. It's messy, it's mad, it's real, it's raw - come as your authentic self, then lean into clairty and purposeful change.

To start: We want to know you - introduce yourself, then tell us how a one great thing that happened to you today.

Group Rules

Gentle Intentions of the Collective

The Collective Intentions To keep this space safe, supportive, and focused on our shared journey, we ask that you hold these simple intentions as you engage with the community. 1. Come as You Are There is no "perfect" way to practice. Whether you had a profound breakthrough or couldn’t sit still for two minutes, your honesty is more valuable than your performance. We value the real over the refined. 2. Hold Space, Don’t Fix We are all here to learn from our own experiences. If someone shares a struggle, resist the urge to offer unsolicited advice or "fix" them. Instead, offer presence, empathy, or share how you’ve navigated similar waters. 3. Privacy is Sacred What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. To build a truly safe environment, we ask that you respect the vulnerability of your fellow members by keeping their stories and insights private. 4. Gentle Curiosity We welcome questions, skepticism, and different points of view. All we ask is that your interactions remain rooted in kindness and curiosity. This is a place for exploration, not debate. 5. Zero Noise To keep the collective focused, please avoid self-promotion, spam, or external marketing. Let’s keep this space dedicated to the work of coming home to ourselves.
